International Leadership Bootcamp
The International Leadership Bootcamp (ILB) is annually organized by PFF to inspire, train and empower young people to lead sustainable lives in their various communities and at various strata of the society. Each year, the training brings experienced speakers across different works of life and parts of the world to share their leadership experiences and teach participants what they need to become successful leaders. This is done through a well-coordinated series of sessions addressing particular topics in line with the selected theme of the year while building on previous editions of the bootcamp.

Long-term Plan
Our long-term goal is to host the Bootcamp in person at a leading African university in Ghana, Rwanda, or in partnership with Covenant University in Nigeria. This will allow us to immerse participants in a high-impact environment where learning, mentorship, and collaboration can flourish.
The Bootcamp aims to:
We will build on the strong foundation we already have, continuously improving the curriculum, deepening partnerships, and expanding our reach so that more young leaders can benefit from this life-changing experience.
