Our Monthly webinars are designed as a continuous leadership development program for young people first across Nigeria, Africa then the rest of the developing world.  Each session provides practical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and personal development tools that students rarely encounter in the traditional education system. 

This series brings together experienced facilitators and young participants in an interactive virtual space focused on mentorship, values-based leadership, and real life application. By removing geographical and financial barriers, the program remains accessible to young people from diverse backgrounds while fostering meaningful learning and peer connections.
