Our Monthly webinars are designed as a continuous leadership development program for young people first across Nigeria, Africa then the rest of the developing world. Each session provides practical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and personal development tools that students rarely encounter in the traditional education system. This series brings together experienced facilitators and young participants in an interactive virtual space focused on mentorship, values-based leadership, and real life application. By removing geographical and financial barriers, the program remains accessible to young people from diverse backgrounds while fostering meaningful learning and peer connections.

PFF envisions this seminar series becoming a flagship program for senior secondary school students and university undergraduates nationwide. The goal is to give young leaders consistent access to transformative ideas, mentorship, and life-shaping skills. By participating in LDS for a full year, students will gain competencies that prepare them for academic success, community leadership, and global opportunities.
