African Women Leadership Forum ( AWLF ) is an annual leadership fellowship designed for young African women aged 18 to 30. Last year, which was the first cohort had more than 800 applicants from across several African countries – it was a 4 – week training program (weekends only), beginning with the inaugural session in the first week and then other sessions for the remaining 4 weeks of the training handling different thematic areas such as Financial literacy, Leadership and public speaking training, proposal writing, e.t.c .

AWFL 2024 had 40 outstanding female changemakers from across 10 African countries picked out of 800+ applications.

AWFL is dedicated to raising the next generation of African female leaders.
